Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the U.S. for more than 10 seasons. She was a member and was captain of the US Olympic women's gymnastics team Fierce Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). In 2012 her year, she received gold in the team competitions as well as the floor exercises. On the balance beam, she was awarded a bronze. In 2012 she was the very first American athlete to achieve the highest number of medals during the Olympics. The year she was in 2016, along with her teammate Gabby Doug were the very first Americans to take home back-to-back golds in team events. The silver medals she won came from the floor individual and all-around event. After the second Olympics she took three years off from gymnastics. Additionally she was part of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics squads. The gymnastics classes began when she was just two years old and is a fan of the floor workout. Aly is a supporter for the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in memory her grandmother, who died from cancer. She plans to make a career out of fashion. It is also her dream to increase the length of her leotards as well as her socks. Fierce A novel, which that she's currently writing, is due out this year.
